19th Century American Empire Gentleman's Dressing Mirror
About the Item
19th Century American Empire gentleman's tilt-top shaving mirror of mahogany. The original mirror glass is in a beveled frame with a dome top and is supported by dramatic rope-twist uprights with spire finials. The serpentine shaped base is of flame mahogany and has a hinged top that raises for storage. The shaving mirror is raised on bun feet.
