Rare 8-barrel chandelier designed by Oscar Torlasco for Stilkronen in 1960.
Chrome metal frame, optical glass, 8 light points.
Oscar Torlasco designer of interior lighting products between the 1950s and 1960s`, winner in 1959 of the Compasso d`Oro award for the work "Genova 4053," street lamp armature.
The optical lenses reported in his lamps are his trademark. Torlasco has designed for a wide range of lighting companies in Italy including Lumi and Stilkronen, which has since merged into the Falb Group.
His works are distinguished by innovative use of materials and forms, combining elegance and functionality in a unique way. Torlasco has created a wide range of lamps and lighting fixtures, characterized by clean lines, geometric shapes and modern materials.
