Set of six George III style silver spirit tot mugs

About the Item

This charming set of antique spirit tots is made in the style of George III pint mugs, with straight sided and banded bodies, and an attractive bead border to the rim and foot of each. In a style that would have been fashionable in the mid to late 18th century, these miniature spirit tot mugs are particularly fine and heavy quality, with their original gilded interiors and each featuring an S monogram with crown above. The original presentation box bears the same monogram on the lid. Weight: 206 g (6.62 troy ozs)
