Gray Mink Fur Pillbox Hat with 360 Birdcage Veil and Combs – O/S, 1950s

About the Item

When you wish to shut the world out politely and elegantly, consider a 360-degree birdcage veil: not only does it scream “hauteur,” it acts as a transparent fence around the entire head. Traditionally reserved for funerals, this unusual model in gray takes isolation to an entirely new level. Petite pillbox hat of vertical-pelt gray mink fur with top center tuft; 360-degree gray birdcage veil falls to eyebrows.
